Why is my listing Deactivated?

Reasons for deactivation and the resolution process

  • Listings that are flagged for violating our Terms and Conditions are Deactivated by Admin until the violations are resolved.
  • The member will be notified by email that their listing was flagged and deactivated, and offered suggestions for resolution based on which sections of their listing have the violations.
  • A member must resolve the issue and submit the listing for review.
  • It may take 24-48 hours for the review process to complete, and if the violations have been fixed, the listing will be made Visible and active again.
  • If the listing is submitted for review and the violations have not been sufficiently resolved, the listing will remain Deactivated and an email with be sent with another suggestion for resolution. The cycle continues until all violations are resolved.

    Please Note: When a listing is deactivated, if it is the member's only listing, or one of several listings without another listing being Visible, that member will not be eligible for entry into Collective Fund until the listing is made Visible again.
