Overview of listing visibility statuses
Listings have three visibility statuses. You can see the visibility status of a listing in the main My Account dashboard in the "Listings" section and on individual Listing Details pages in your My Account.
Visible:
- Visible means your listing is active and visible to the public on the AllTheArtists.com directory.
- Listings can only become visible after all required sections/fields in Onboarding have been complete.
IMPORTANT: A listing must be Visible for a member to be entered into a Collective Fund sweepstakes. If a member listing is not Visible at the time all eligible entries are compiled on the last day of a Collective Fund Sweepstakes period, that member will not receive an entry into that sweepstakes period, unless that member has another Visible and eligible listing.
Hidden:
- A listing with a Hidden status is not visible to the public on the AllTheArtists.com directory.
- Members with only one listing that is Hidden, are not automatically entered into any Collective Fund Sweepstakes while the listing is Hidden.
- Incomplete listings will remain Hidden until all required sections/fields on the listing are complete.
- Members may choose to change a Visible listing to a Hidden listing. Members may choose to do this while they switch or rearrange all their images or make other major edits to their listing. We highly recommend not making a listing Hidden on the last day of any Collective Fund Sweepstakes period.
Deactivated:
- A listing may only be Deactivated by Admin. A listing with a Deactivated status is not visible to the public on the AllTheArtists.com directory.
- Deactivated listings have been flagged for violation of our Term and Conditions and have not remedied or removed the content in violation.
- Deactivation is reserved for accounts that refuse to fix the violations of our Terms and Conditions or are engaged in nefarious activity.
- Members with Deactivated listings are not eligible for entry into any Collective Fund Sweepstakes while the listing is Deactivated.
- A listing can be made Visible again if the violation has been remedied with Admin.
