- By changing your handle, any visitors who click an external link to your listing will no longer be directed to it.
- Your previous handle can be taken by any other member immediately.
- Customer support cannot help you regain a handle if another member has taken it.
Handles cannot be sold.
Buying or selling handles is not allowed and will result in both parties being banned from the platform if a transaction takes place.
If someone is offering to sell you a handle, please report them.
As stated in the Terms and Conditions, if you have selected a handle that does not represent your core business and conflicts with another artist's core Business. We reserve the right to remove that handle and replace it with a better-fitting handle.
How to Change Your Listing Handle
- Log in to your account.
- Choose the listing you would like to change.
- Find the "Basic Details" section and check "View/Edit".
- Next to the field for "Handle Name," click the "Change" button.
- Choose a new available handle name, then select "Save".
- That's it! You've got a new handle name. Be sure to use the updated URL with your updated handle name whenever you share it.You can always find and copy your unique listing URL to your clipboard by clicking the "Share Listing"
button next to your Page Handle in the Basic Details section, or by clicking the yellow "Share" button near the top of your listing in My Account:
