Creating, adding, deleting, and naming your Favorites Lists.
When logged in, members can add listings to multiple Favorites Lists.
Lists can be managed in the FAVORITES tab in My Account, where lists can be created, edited, deleted, made public or private, and shared.
How to add a listing to a Favorites List:
- To add a listing to a favorites list, first, make sure you are logged in to your account. If you try to add a listing to a list without being logged in, a pop up will prompt you to log in.
Navigate to the listing you want to add, scroll down to the About section, and click the grey heart bookmark icon in the left corner.
- Choose the list you'd like to add to or create a new list.
Once the listing has been added to a list, the heart bookmark icon will change color to yellow and black, signifying that it's a Favorite.
How to create new lists and rename lists:
New Favorites Lists can be added in two ways:
- When adding a listing to a list on a listing page, a new list can be added on the fly in the pop up by clicking "Create new list", and entering a name.
- In the FAVORITES tab in My Account, new lists can be created under the "Lists" section by clicking "Create new list", entering a name, and saving it by clicking the checkmark.
To rename an existing list, click the pencil icon next to the list name, edit the name and save it by clicking the check mark. You can cancel changing the name by clicking the "X".
How to delete lists:
In the FAVORITES tab in My Account, select the list you want to delete. Then, click the trashcan icon, and confirm by clicking DELETE in the pop up.
⚠️ This can not be undone, and any saved listings in that list will be deleted.
How to share a list (make it public):
Lists can be shared with others by copying and sharing a public link.
First, to share a list, it needs to be made public. Find the PRIVATE dropdown and select PUBLIC. Confirm you are changing the visibility.
- Choose a public Sharing Name:
- Click the SETTINGS on mobile or the Gear icon on desktop.
- Under Favorite Settings, choose a name. This name will be displayed at the top of the list that you share. For example: (LIST NAME) A Favorite list created by (public Sharing Name).
Click SHARE LIST to copy the link to the public list. Paste it in a text, an email or share it on your socials.
How to share a Favorites List on your listing:
You may also choose to share lists on your own listing. You may want to show who your band members are, who your favorites artists are, or just give your artist crew a shout out.
- First, select a list and make sure it's Public (See instructions above).
Then, click ont eh "Show on Listing" drop down, and select the listing you would like that list to appear on.
Repeat these steps for each list you want to add to a listing.
