REFUNDS
You can request a full refund within 30 days of joining.
- After 30 days, memberships are non-refundable.
- Please use the Contact form to request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunded membership subscriptions will be canceled, and all directory listings for that account will be deleted.
MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
You may also cancel your membership subscription, but keep your listing active through your annual term.
Annual membership subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Your listing will still remain active for the rest of your annual term, and you’ll stay eligible for Collective Fund prizes until that term ends (if you have opted-in to the Collective Fund Program and your listing remains active and eligible). Or you can choose to cancel your subscription as well as delete/deactivate your listing, in which case you will no longer be eligible for Collective Fund prizes.
To cancel your annual membership subscription:
- Log in to your account at alltheartists.com/login
- Select the listing you would like to cancel.
- Navigate to the bottom section, "Listing Subscription", and click "Cancel".
- Choose "Confirm".
- Your annual membership subscription will be canceled, and your membership will not be renewed.
