Overview of Eligibility
In order to give money to random artists each month, the Collective Fund program has to be run as a Sweepstakes to remain legal across all 50 states (You'd be surprised how hard it is to give out money to artists!).
The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are:
- Artists who are legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, and excluding Florida and New York. (Currently, the sweepstakes in not available for residents of NY and FL. We hope to include these states soon. There are additional sweepstakes hurdles to navigate in those states.)
- 18 years of age or older

Natural persons who are visual artists, performing artists, musicians, and/or literary artists. To qualify, an Artist must be actively engaged in the creation of artwork with one public website and/or one public social media account that predominantly includes and features their artwork. For literary artists, “artwork” refers to their writing.
